At Red Handed Investigations, we are committed to delivering professional, ethical, and results-driven investigative services. Due to the nature of our work, which often involves time-sensitive and resource-intensive activities, our refund policy is outlined below.
 

 

Service-Based Refunds

As a provider of bespoke investigative services, we do not offer refunds for services already rendered. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Surveillance operations

  • Process serving

  • Tracing and background checks

  • Corporate or infidelity investigations

Once work has commenced, fees are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.

 

Cancellations Before Work Begins

If you cancel your instruction before any work has commenced, you may be eligible for a partial or full refund, depending on:

  • The notice period provided

  • Any preparatory work already undertaken

  • Third-party costs incurred (e.g. travel bookings, database access)

All cancellations must be made in writing.

 

Exceptional Circumstances

We may consider a discretionary refund or credit in the following cases:

  • A clear administrative error on our part

  • Inability to deliver the agreed service due to unforeseen circumstances beyond your control

Each case will be reviewed individually, and any refund issued will be at our sole discretion.
