  • Process serving

  • Tracing individuals

  • Background checks

  • Corporate and infidelity investigations

All services are conducted in accordance with UK law, the ABI Code of Ethics, and our ICO registration.

 

2. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

  • Provide accurate and lawful instructions

  • Supply all relevant information necessary for the investigation

  • Not request or instruct us to undertake any illegal or unethical activity

We reserve the right to decline or terminate any case that breaches legal or ethical standards.

 

3. Confidentiality

All information shared with us is treated as strictly confidential. We will not disclose any details to third parties without your explicit consent, unless required by law.

 

4. Fees and Payment
​

  • Fees are agreed in advance and confirmed in writing

  • Payment terms will be outlined in your client agreement

  • Additional costs (e.g. travel, accommodation, specialist equipment) may be charged with prior approval

  • Late payments may incur interest or result in suspension of services

 

5. Cancellations and Refunds
​

  • Cancellations must be made in writing

  • Refunds are not guaranteed once work has commenced

  • In the event of cancellation, you may be liable for costs incurred up to that point

 

6. Use of Website
​

You agree not to misuse our website or attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of it. All content is the intellectual property of Red Handed Investigations and may not be copied or reproduced without permission.

 

7. Limitation of Liability

While we take all reasonable steps to deliver accurate and lawful services, we are not liable for:

  • Outcomes beyond our control

  • Losses resulting from inaccurate client information

  • Delays caused by third parties or unforeseen circumstances

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
